Our Ontario branch based out of Etobicoke is looking for a Manager's Assistant to help ensure efficiency and quality control.

As a **Manager's Assistant**, you will actively participate in the following aspects:

- Inventory control checks of all company materials and equipment.
- Work with our move teams to ensure trucks are fully equipped and prepped daily for launch.
- Organization and tidiness of the warehouse facility.
- Collection, filing and controlling all paperwork.
- Join the move teams in the field during pick ups to conduct an inventory tag/list catalogue procedure of all customer goods.
- Monitor, observe and participate in any shipment transferring including control of the checklist procedures to ensure none of the customer's goods are left behind.
- Know the scheduled assignments so you can partner with the move teams to ensure they are aware of all details pertaining to their scheduled assignment and that they have everything required to be successful.
- Report on work quality and policy adherence.
- Reports to and partners with the Operations Manager, Personnel Manager and company Owner to ensure our teams run smoothly out of that facility.

- A starting wage of **$18.00** - **$20.00** per hour depending on experience

Experience in the industry is not required. Applicants will need to provide at least one working reference of a former supervisor prior to an offer on a position being made.
