Job Title: Corporate Controller

Location: Port Coquitlam, Canada (Remote and In-Office)

Company Overview: We are an international CPAP therapy business that provides high-quality and innovative solutions to help individuals with sleep apnea. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for people suffering from sleep apnea and other sleep-related disorders. We are seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to work at our Canadian headquarters.

Position Overview: As the Corporate Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our International operations. You will report to the Chief Executive Officer and work closely with other members of the leadership team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the accounting and financial reporting functions for the Canadian operations.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports.
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare financial analysis and reports to support decision-making.
- Work closely with other members of the leadership team to support business initiatives.
- Manage the Canadian tax compliance process.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Manage a team of accounting professionals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- CPA designation.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards.
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, at least quarterly.

**Salary**: $72,599.59-$149,972.09 per year
