Microcolor is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a warehouse worker. The warehouse worker will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are properly packaged and prepared for shipment to our customers. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Package finished paint products according to established guidelines and procedures.
- Ensure that all packaging materials meet quality standards and are free from defects.
- Label packages accurately with product information, batch numbers, and other required details.
- Operate packaging equipment such as filling machines, labelers, and sealers.
- Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials and notify supervisors when supplies need to be replenished.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist in other areas of production as needed, including filling, mixing, and quality control.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Basic math skills for counting and recording inventory.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and wear protective equipment as needed.
- To currently hold a forklift license or be willing to be trained (will be paid for).

**Future opportunities**:

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
