**CRM & Sales Operations Specialist**
Are you someone who excels at communicating and building relationships with people? Do you enjoy working in the tech field or have experience working for a SaaS company?
magicplan is looking for CRM & Sales Operations Specialist to join our great team This is a key role within our growing sales team, in which you will be managing our CRM processes and providing data analysis to help drive sales performance and growth objectives.
**What you'll do**
magicplan has over 20 million downloads and is the leading mobile sketching, reporting, and estimating solution for restoration and renovation professionals around the world.
As our **CRM & Sales Operations** Specialist, you will ensure we get the most out of our CRM and our Sales Team is operating efficiently and effectively. You will be part of our international Sales Enablement Team and act as our internal data champion, understanding the needs of our Sales reps and finding technical solutions to make our internal processes and workflows even more customer-centric and successful.
- Analyze our CRM activities and monitor our Sales KPIs: This means classifying and organizing data and generating deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
- Supporting the Sales team with key planning and operations tasks to develop and grow the sales pipeline and meet quarterly revenue goals.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create and optimize CRM campaigns for our Sales Team
- Manage data for new leads and prospects in our CRM, ensuring all logged information is accurate and scheduled follow-up tasks.
- Set up effective workflows to assign and convert leads coming in via our digital channels
- Conduct research to identify potential prospects or customers for re-engagement
- Manage and set live audience segmentation and customer journey programs
- Onboard and train our Sales Reps
**Requirements**:
Although we are looking for a passionate, purpose-driven individual rather than a 100% match of the job description, there are a few things that are important for this role.
**A few things you need to have**:
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven and goal-oriented
- Demonstrate relationship skills. Collaboration is key for being successful in this role.
- Demonstrate a good sense of prioritizing tasks and analyzing business processes.
- Build customer databases and proactively target relevant industries
- Listen and understand needs of the Sales Team and quickly implement creative solutions
- Patience and willingness to ensure the best outcome for the team
**Additionally, we would be even more impressed if you had some experience with**:
- Experience with SaaS
- You have worked with Hubspot before
- Worked in a startup environment or small business
- Interested in AI & AR technology
