**Company Overview**:
Clews Management is a leading provider of grain monitoring solutions. We specialize in installation and service of the BinSense Wireless Monitoring System As we continue to expand our operations we are seeking a Driver/Technician to join our team.

**Position Overview**:
**Schedule**:

- Install Season: Work trips are typically 5-12 days on the road, away from home. There may be situations requiring an extended trip for 19 days, but these will not be common. Install Season is from May to October. When on the road, daily working hours are longer workdays, weather and job dependant. All meals and accommodations are provided for during the install season, with your own room. While on the road for the install season, you will have zero expenses related to work and travel.
- Winter season: Shop work occurs in the winter off-season from November to April. December to February we have shorter work days.

**Install Season Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate a semi-truck & 53’ tri-axle trailer to transport equipment and goods to designated locations.
- Operate truck and trailer on grid roads in sometimes less than ideal road conditions.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Secure cargo and equipment properly using straps, chains, and other securement devices to prevent damage during transit.
- Load and unload equipment from the trailer deck using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies regarding transportation, loading, and unloading procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, and hours of service using Big Road ELD.
- Install/ Service BinSense Temperature and Moisture monitoring systems.
- Working at height with aerial manlift (SkyJack 65')

**Winter Season Responsibilities**:

- Maintain clean and working order of vehicles, equipment, and buildings.
- Assist with packing orders for Clews install/Retail sale.
- Operate various large equipment (Forklift, Manlifts, Scissor lift, Tele-handler).
- Complete minor vehicles maintenance & repairs.

**Required Skills/Qualifications**:

- Basic troubleshooting and/or mechanical skills
- Understanding of use of multimeter for diagnosing purposes
- Ability to work at heights
- Mechanical/Electrical background
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work alone on projects with mínimal supervision
- Good physical condition due to specific work requirements (Climbing ladders, working in awkward spaces, moving around grain bin roofs)

**Provided Training/Equipment**:

- Class 1 MELT Driver Training (If Required)
- All relevant safety tickets
- All required hand/power tools
- All job-specific safety gear

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
