At Good Bread, we pride ourselves on crafting exceptional artisan breads and pastries. Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment is crucial to our success, and we’re seeking a dedicated **Sanitation Team Member** to join or Calgary team.

**What you’ll Do**
- **Clean and Sanitize Equipment**: Thoroughly clean and sanitize bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and production tools, to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- **Dishwashing**: Wash and sanitize dishes, tubs, trays, and all bakery tools to maintain a hygienic workspace.
- **General Plant Cleaning**: Perform routine cleaning floors, walls, and surfaces in the production area appropriately.
- **Follow Protocols**: Work under the supervision of the QA/QC Supervisor to ensure cleaning processes meet strict quality and safety standards.
- **Adhere to Safety Procedures**: Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
- **Collaborate with Team**: Work closely with production staff to ensure cleaning tasks are completed efficiently without disrupting operations.

- **Time Management**: Ability to manage tasks effectively and complete cleaning schedules promptly.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a sanitation role within a food production environment is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
