We especially would love to hear from you if have a strong drive for results and are eager to learn new skills In this position, you will be engaging with our established cliental (no cold calling) - Service and retain client base and nurture relationships.

Retention Specialist

**Duties**:

- Analyze customer accounts to identify potential churn risks
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to proactively engage with customers
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and concerns
- Provide personalized solutions and recommendations to address customer issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer escalations
- Track and report on customer retention metrics and trends

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools
- High level of empathy and patience

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Customer retention: 3 years (required)
- Customer service: 5 years (preferred)
