Our company is in need of Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to work at our popular local restaurant. The positions will require certification from the local government, as well as previous experience working in a restaurant. We're looking for cooks who can work quickly, communicate with the kitchen staff, and have strong attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook the meat, vegetables, and other foods that go into entrees and side dishes.
- Follow recipes in order to prepare food in a timely manner.
- Read and look at the condition of food in order to make sure it is safe to be served.
- Pack food for serving.
- Answer customer questions about food.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-35 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
