**Outside Sales Representative**
We’re growing—and we need you.

Are you a motivated sales professional who thrives on independence and building lasting client relationships? We’re looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to represent market-leading plastic surgical supplies and build strong connections with surgeons, hospitals, and surgical centers.

**What You’ll Do**
- Get out in the field: Visit surgeons, surgical centers, and hospitals in person to grow and maintain relationships.
- Deliver solutions: Present, promote, and sell a portfolio of premium-quality surgical products face-to-face.
- Own your strategy: Manage your schedule, territory, and growth approach with complete autonomy.
- Maximize results: Drive sales growth and expand market presence through proactive client engagement.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven success in medical device or surgical supply sales.
- An established network of industry contacts (a major plus).
- A self-starter with the drive and discipline to work independently in the field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
