Game Producer

Gravity Interactive has actively carried out publishing and servicing a variety of games like Ragnarok and Rose online in North America. We are looking for producer who can manage the Western market presence for various Gravity Interactive game titles, from the pre-production through production phases, launch and live operations to meet the objectives of each responsible game titles.
This is a fully remote position. You can be based anywhere in Canada.
**Responsibilities**:
- Participate in all game development stages to add value in order for the game to succeed in the Western market
- Continuously examine live operations key metrics and user feedback to derive insights on player trends and behavior to improve all aspects of title quality and maintain long term success of published titles
- Create recommendation proposals based on target market insights in order to add value to the game product and services
- Work with internal Community, Customer Service, Marketing, Quality Assurance, and Production teams for the success of game titles
- Communicate with overseas contacts to provide support in meeting game development objectives, including but not limited to trend studies, focus group testing/playtesting, content management, roadmap planning, marketing strategies, and monetization.
- Perform market and game studies to identify current and upcoming industry trends that contribute to success in the Western gaming market
**Qualifications**:
- Passion for games of all types on all platforms.
- Minimum 3-5+ years of work experience in gaming/mobile/PC production management.
- Ability to prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
- Previous experience working in a project or people management role.
- Experience in dealing with different IP stakeholders.
Desired Skills and Attributes:
- Highly organized, resourceful, enthusiastic, and self-directed; able to keep on an assigned track without regular supervision with autonomy, in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills required (both written and verbal) while comfortable with disseminating information to staff and management.
- Must excel at following up on task completion, identifying dependencies, and set priorities in order to meet deadlines.
- Strong time management, coordination, and work ethic required, with the ability to complete multiple concurrent tasks and manage multiple projects
- Interested in being in the trenches, involved with day-to-day decisions and providing support to multiple teams including business development, marketing, PR, operations, creative, QA, and more.
- A love and passion for of games, game development, and the game business in general. Experienced and/or knowledgeable about a wide range of game genres popular in today’s market including PC, console, and mobile.
**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Freelance
