We are seeking an experienced Game Producer who can manage the entire lifecycle of our Software as a Service (SaaS) product while ensuring high-quality delivery to our technically savvy customers. This position requires you to manage projects and meet clients. You will communicate with key stakeholders and project teams to ensure that project requirements are met, risks are identified and managed, and completing project deliverables on time. Additionally, you will be expected to collaborate with other managers to allocate resources, shape product features, and create a product roadmap. As a Technical Producer, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, articulate product concepts, formulate clear goals and benefits, and coordinate the building and shipping of valuable and delightful products to our customers.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The Game Producer is accountable for the following functions and responsibilities:
- Heavily involved in roadmap planning, driving, and coordinating efforts of the project team
- Lead project planning and sprint planning by breaking down deliverables and milestones.
- Manage and negotiate client requirements and expectations and request change while ensuring transparency in client communications.
- Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and raise awareness of issues and client satisfaction levels.
- Understand similar and competing products in the market, and assist in evaluating technical opportunities.
- Be responsible for the success of clients using the company's solutions, and act as their advocate to internal teams.
- Maintaining regular client communication, collecting requirements for features and tasks, and working with engineering teams to clarify specifications.
- Help clients achieve milestones and goals by providing the right level of support and managing client accounts and relationships.
- Take charge of sprint planning, ticket grooming, daily scrum, and backlog management.
- Fulfill assigned duties, including engaging in regular communications with clients to ensure the successful delivery of multiple client engagements and smooth client launch experiences.
- Perform other duties as assigned
**QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Strong software engineering background with a degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 2+ year of experience as a Technical Producer, well-versed in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Experienced in cloud technologies (AWS), UE4/Unity, and online video game development.
- Excellent English communication skills to facilitate team collaboration and manage stakeholders.
- Experience delivering SaaS products and working in the game industry.
- 2+ years in program management, partnerships, ecosystem growth, and/or developer relations.
- Expertise in software systems design and technical mentorship.
- Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with partners, stakeholders, and clients.
- Quick learner, customer-focused, and adaptable to new technologies and scenarios.
- Able to lead and align teams to execute quickly, with flexibility to work schedules and experience in distributed teams and multinational startups being a plus.
