Job Summary

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
- Post property listings and promotions on social media platforms.
- Use Google Suite and digital signing software for managing lease agreements and documents.
- Communicate with potential tenants through phone and Zoom calls, answering inquiries and providing detailed information.
- Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants in accordance with company policies.
- Work independently within an assigned geographic region, generating leads and building client relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the leasing process.
- Participate in team meetings either remotely or in person for training and performance reviews.

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingualism (English and French) is required; a third language (Spanish, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese) is a significant bonus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive, self-driven mentality.
- Must have a reliable car and laptop for conducting tours and managing remote tasks.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and digital signing software preferred.
- Ability to work remotely while staying motivated and organized.
- Social media experience for creating and posting property listings.
- Commission-based structure with potential for base pay after a trial period.
