**Experienced cook needed for Caribbean Restaurant in Mississauaga.**

You will train with our team to learn how to prepare each of our menu items quickly and efficiently to serve large crowds.

Previous professional cooking experience in a high-volume kitchen is preferred.

You will also need to monitor supply inventory, place orders when necessary, and ensure the kitchen and all cooking tools and equipment are clean.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Prep ingredients before meal service
- Carefully prepare food according to menu specifications
- Follow all food handling and safety regulations (Food handling certification required)
- Monitor & stock inventory and order supplies when necessary
- Clean cooking areas thoroughly
- 1+ years of professional cooking experience in a high-volume environment is an asset
- Excellent meal prep and plating skills
- Must be able to work with a team under high pressure
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
