**Responsibilities**
- Provide production and clerical support to the business owner. Including packaging, order fulfillment, social media management and advertising.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer support inquiries, addressing concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain an organized workspace to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other staff to streamline processes and improve overall office operations.

**Qualifications**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
- E-commerce experience is an
- Social media management and advertising experience is an asset

Pay: $18.00 per hour
