**Job Summary**

We are looking for a proactive and digitally-savvy **Marketing Assistant** who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and knows how to use **AI tools for research, content generation, and upskilling**. This role blends traditional marketing duties with tech-enabled workflows to support product promotion, eCommerce optimization, and brand visibility.

**Key Responsibilities1. Content Creation & Social Media**
- Develop compelling written and visual content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Post daily/weekly product promotions, reels, and educational posts.
- Utilize AI tools to brainstorm creative campaigns, write captions, and generate mockups.

**2. Product Research & Copywriting**
- Use AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI) to gather insights and analyze trends in home décor and bath/kitchen remodeling.
- Write detailed and persuasive product descriptions using collected data and style guides.
- Update and optimize product listings for clarity, SEO, and visual appeal.

**3. Shopify & eCommerce**
- Modify product pages, collections, and metadata on Shopify.
- Upload new SKUs, images, videos, and pricing updates.
- Coordinate with inventory and sales teams to ensure accuracy of online catalogs.

**4. Internal Coordination**
- Support marketing initiatives by preparing presentations, reports, and performance analytics (using AI when needed).
- Track social engagement metrics and campaign ROI using built-in analytics or AI-driven insights.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of marketing, communications, or digital content experience (internships accepted).
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Notion AI for productivity and creativity.
- Strong writing and editing skills in English; French proficiency is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Shopify, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic photo editing.
- Organized, curious, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Bonus: Understanding of bathroom furniture and home improvement trends.
