As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive Sales and Client Acquisition Manager to drive revenue, attract new clients, promote our services, and assist with ongoing projects to support business growth.
**Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Client Acquisition**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase client bookings and revenue.
- Identify and engage potential clients, referral partners, and corporate collaborations.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Educate potential customers on Nuance Medispa’s services and treatment benefits.
- Outbound and inbound client connections.
**Marketing & Promotion**:
- Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and grow audience engagement.
- Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and credibility.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize strategies.
**Business Development & Project Assistance**:
- Assist with planning and executing new initiatives, service expansions, and promotional events.
- Support management with research, partnerships, and process improvements.
- Coordinate projects related to operational growth, client experience enhancement, and service innovation.
- Provide administrative and strategic support for business development efforts.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, and client acquisition preferably in the medical aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategies, and lead generation.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with medical aesthetics treatments and hair transplants is required.

**Responsabilités**:
**Ventes et acquisition de clients**:
- Développer et exécuter des stratégies de vente afin d'augmenter les réservations et les revenus des clients.
- Identifier et engager des clients potentiels, des partenaires de référence et des collaborations d'entreprise.
- Construire et maintenir des relations avec les clients afin d'obtenir des affaires récurrentes et des références.
- Éduquer les clients potentiels sur les services de Nuance Medispa et les avantages des traitements.
- Connexions clients sortantes et entrantes
**Marketing et promotion**:
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des campagnes de marketing à travers les médias sociaux, les courriels et la publicité numérique.
- Gérer les comptes de médias sociaux, créer du contenu attrayant et augmenter l'engagement du public.
- Travailler avec des influenceurs et des ambassadeurs de la marque pour étendre la portée et la crédibilité.
- Contrôler et analyser les performances marketing afin d'optimiser les stratégies.
**Développement commercial et assistance aux projets**:
- Aider à la planification et à l'exécution de nouvelles initiatives, à l'expansion des services et à la mise en place d'un système de gestion de l'information.
- Soutenir la direction en matière de recherche, de partenariats et d'amélioration des processus.
- Coordonner les projets liés à la croissance opérationnelle, à l'amélioration de l'expérience client et à l'innovation en matière de services.
- Fournir un soutien administratif et stratégique aux efforts de développement de l'entreprise.
