Customer Support Chat Representative

We are looking for live chat representaive that will respond to customer inquiries regarding online merchandise, orders, product questions, or problems in a live chat format using an online chat software system. Receives inquiries from a queue, documents customer interactions, and inputs tickets. As a Chat Support Representative, I ensure prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing answers, and additional information, suggesting products, or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures. May require an associate degree. Additionally, Chat Support Representative I typically report to a supervisor or manager.
**Requirements**:
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Understanding of how CRM systems work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
- BSc in Information Technology or relevant diploma
