Position Overview We are seeking Remote Live Chat Agents to join our team. In this role, you will engage with customers in real-time through our live chat system, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, offering flexibility for different schedules. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming live chat inquiries from customers in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through processes. Escalate technical or complex issues to higher-level support when necessary. Document interactions and maintain records in our customer management system. Stay updated with company products, policies, and updates to ensure effective support. Deliver a friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented experience in every interaction. Qualifications Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and typing speed. Previous experience in live chat, customer service, or support roles preferred (not required). Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously. Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills. Reliable internet connection and remote work setup. Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving mindset. Compensation & Benefits Pay: $28 – $40 per hour (depending on experience).
