THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing, and our Learning & Development team is growing with it. As the Specialist Retail Learning Design, you will design and produce high-quality, specialized training solutions to maximize learning outcomes for Aritzia’s Retail Academy. THE ROLE

As the Specialist Retail Learning Design, you will:

- Support in selecting the most effective and engaging learning modalities to train our Retail teams
- Partner with key stakeholders to identify learning needs, and manage stakeholder expectations, while ensuring business objectives are met
- Design, build, and continuously improve learning programs at the highest quality to support business objectives and achieve the intended experience for our Retail teams.

THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Specialist Retail Learning Design has:

- Proven skills, education, and/or applicable experience in Learning & Development
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000-$100,000 CAD per year. The final agreed-upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
