We are looking for a **_Policy Administrator (Toronto/GTA)_**

**Role description**

The Policy Administrator is responsible for the administration and maintenance of the insurance policy through its life cycle and Canada Life.

**What you will do**
Manage all accounting / billing adjustments and process premium refunds and charges.
- Handle all policy and client updates.
Assist Team members with special projects.
**What you will bring**
- Post-Secondary education
- Industry courses (LOMA) considered an asset
- 5 years insurance administration (life and health)
Microsoft Office proficiency
- Superior customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- High degree of organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bilingual (English and French) considered an asset
