Tali AI is dedicated to tackling the issue of physician burnout through the development of a voice-enabled virtual assistant designed specifically for physicians. This innovative assistant streamlines their professional lives by significantly minimizing the time spent on documentation and administrative tasks. We are a results-focused and data-driven company, and we need a Human Resources Specialist to help us grow.
You will be managing all duties and activities of human resource management at Tali. You will be the person that onboards new employees and welcomes them into the company and makes sure they have a smooth start. You are the go-to person for all employee questions and requests around company policies and procedures and become the biggest advocate and promoter of the company culture.
Who you are:
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a human resource specialist
- You have experience working in a fast-paced or start-up environment
- You can work independently and in a group
- You are detail-oriented and organized
- You proactively look to solve problems and identify opportunities for improvement in company culture and procedures.
- You are permitted to work in Canada
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the performance management process for all staff
- Being the single point of contact and the source of truth for company policies and procedures.
- Organizing company outings every quarter
- Arranging Learning and Development program for employees
- Designing a diversity and inclusion strategy for hiring new employees
- Structuring presentations, documentation, request for proposal responses, and other collateral
- Running quarterly surveys and analyzing areas of improvement from employee feedback
