**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Ensure daily inventory reporting processes are accurately completed
- Control movement of inventory (scanning, warehouse locations, labeling)
- Verify yield against inventory consumption
- Complete appropriate cycle counts to identify inventory accuracy issues
- Identify the issues internal to the M3 system and establish an action list/plan to correct the drivers of inventory inaccuracy
- Work with the Inventory Supervisor and the Manufacturing Analyst to track adjustments and ensure linkage and root cause of all adjustments
- Partner with Warehouse Supervisor, Inventory Supervisor and the Manufacturing Analyst to optimize inventory layout at warehouse and develop best practice for minimizing rejected product build up
- Verify product scanned & counted against previous 24 hours of Manufacturing Orders issued
- Other duties as required

**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS**
- Adjustment Root cause determination and accountability
- Cycle count performance
- Warehouse management / organization

- Ability to learn and support data systems to analyze and track inventory
- Extremely detail oriented required
- Forklift license required (or willing to obtain forklift license once hired)
- Understanding of inventory best practices and terminology manufacturing
- Business partnering skills to work cross functionally and influence peers to be accountable
- Working knowledge of M3/Unite as it relates to production and reporting an asset (or working knowledge of other ERP systems an asset)
- Working knowledge of Word Excel, PowerPoint and other Office software

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (working on the production / warehouse floor)
- Regularly required to lift and /or move up to 25kgs

**Know-How, required knowledge / education**:

- Vocational, 1-3 years’ experience

Assists operators in problem solving inventory movements and exercises some judgment.
