**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing recreational activities for residents, ensuring they are tailored to individual interests and abilities.
- Facilitate group activities such as games, arts and crafts, music sessions, and exercise programs to promote social interaction and physical well-being.
- Provide one-on-one support to residents who may require additional assistance or encouragement to participate in activities.
- Communicate effectively with residents to understand their preferences and needs, fostering a supportive environment.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and caregivers to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during activities.
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and feedback on activities to help improve future programming.
- Assist with daily living tasks as needed, promoting independence while ensuring comfort and safety.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in caregiving or working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
- Familiarity with dementia care practices is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with residents and collaborate with team members.
- A genuine passion for senior care and enhancing the lives of elderly individuals.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards providing care for seniors.
