Trans Canada Safety is positioned as a growing leader in fire protection and distribution of health, safety, and fire equipment in Ontario. We are currently hiring a Service Coordinator for our fire protection services division located at our Thunder Bay Branch.

Our Thunder Bay Branch requires a positive, self-motivated and team-oriented Fire Service Coordinator to support all aspects of the administration of our Service Department.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Manage technician(s) schedules and act as a liaison between customers and the company.
- Schedule customer inspections/repairs/installations/service calls and answer customer questions.
- Keep accurate written notes regarding requests from staff and customers for referencing.
- Review and update inspection reports and provide accurate records to our customers.
- Strive to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for billing and preparing quotations for customers deficiencies and proposals.

Qualifications:

- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks
- General knowledge of quoting and ability of meeting deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, always positive and self-motivated
- Exhibit strong and effective organizational skills
- Works well in a team environment
- Maintain professional but friendly and outgoing demeanor
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Coordination/scheduling experience is an asset

Education/Experience
- Post Secondary School education in Office Administration/Business or a related discipline preferred.
- Previous experience in coordination/scheduling is an asset. 1-2 years experience preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
