Chester Fields, a dealer of modern furniture and home décor, was established in 2014 in Victoria BC and has recently opened a second location in Nanaimo They are seeking motivated Sales Associates to join their team in this new Nanaimo location. As a Chester Fields Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent and authentic customer service and a consistent experience for all showroom customers.

Key Responsibilities will include:

- Providing exceptional, consistent and authentic customer service.
- Provide expert advice on the brands that Chester Fields offers.
- Process transactions, deposits and closing of sales.
- Keep the showroom clean and organized, ensuring that all pieces are properly displayed and cared for.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and targets.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new programs.
- Experience in design, furniture retail sales or high-end sales equivalent required.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs. preferred, but not required.

**Salary**: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
