**Responsibilities**
- **Customer Forecast & File Setup**

Receive and review customer shipment forecasts; create operational files and input data into BD forms.

Ensure complete and accurate information, such as carrier details, estimated arrival dates, and customs clearance requirements.
- **Quotation & Pricing Requests**

Handle quotation requests based on shipment details and customer needs; provide timely and reasonable pricing solutions.
- **Customs Documentation Handling**

Review customs documents and assess tax risks; assist customers with value adjustments and track clearance progress.
- **Cargo Tracking**

Monitor cargo status across ocean freight, rail, and final station delivery; provide timely updates to customers.

Coordinate with carriers and agents on inspections, transfers, and arrival arrangements.
- **Release & Container Pickup**
- **Special Delivery Requirements**

Coordinate labeling, splitting, expedited delivery, courier services, etc. Ensure effective communication with warehouse and dispatch teams.
- **Bonded Warehouse Coordination**

Arrange inspections, devanning, and bonded warehouse handoffs at transshipment or destination ports. Ensure complete and accurate document submissions to facilitate smooth clearance.
- **Customer Communication & Data Updates**

Send daily updates such as unloading reports, PODs, and ISAs; maintain transparent and proactive communication with clients.

Monitor private address deliveries and handle refusals appropriately.

**Skills**
- College diploma or above, preferably in logistics, international trade, or supply chain management.
- At least 1 year of experience in FBA or international logistics operations preferred.
- Familiarity with ocean freight, customs clearance, and bonded warehouse procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong coordination and stress management skills.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $44,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
