In this role, you will work in the Global Talent Intelligence & Insights Centre of Excellence and will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, interpreting, and translating the meaning of market information from a range of sources to deliver recruitment insight to a global client in the investment banking space. You'll analyze trends, provide actionable insights, and collaborate closely with our recruitment team to attract top talent.

**This is a hybrid role working 3 days at our office based in Downtown Toronto (King & University).**

**Key Accountabilities**:
**What you’ll be doing**:
**Trusted advisor and partner**
- Build relationships with all stakeholders to effectively communicate the impact of Insights for account deliverables. This includes understanding client sourcing and recruitment requirements to determine and communicate how Insights will support in achieving their goals
- Inform and support day to day sourcing conversations/research to influence decisions in the use of Insights. Contribute to recommendations on options available
- Proactively network to build partnerships within the COE, across the client accounts and within the GCSC to support promotion of the Insights community and services available
- Contribute ideas that support the identification of opportunities to increase revenue generation and enhance scope, service offerings and products

**Insights delivery**
- Partner with Recruiters and Client Stakeholders to take detailed briefs on Insights project requirements (specialist and volume), regarding the benefits of using TI and contributing up to date knowledge and best practice to add value to discussions
- Conduct comprehensive research through all available tools and interpret / translate data to create accurate, timely and well-informed market intelligence reports
- Produce impactful and reliable insights reports with a clear narrative using visualization tools, and a clear recommended action plan. Collaborate with more senior colleagues to field follow on questions relating to the report findings, providing further evidence as needed

**You’ll need to demonstrate**:

- Aptitude and passion for extracting, analyzing, assimilating, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data
- Confident in the use of technology - particularly PowerPoint, Excel and search engines
- Curiosity for new technology, market developments and innovation
- Ability to absorb and rationalize feedback
- Proven experience in a research or similar role
- Ability to transform data into a compelling story by adding visuals and narrative
- Demonstrable experience of report writing, including effective data story telling
