We work closely with designers and architects to create superior quality consumer environments and develop new products and finishes to meet the demands of a globally competitive retail sector. From full retail environments to a store fixture to retail shelving to a simple visual display, our custom fixtures become part of the retail environments of some of the most prestigious retailers worldwide.
The **Logistics Coordinator **will assist with the coordination of all shipments from project start to delivery. Duties will include:
- Using the ERP system to track and organize shipments.
- Coordinating with Project Managers to confirm delivery requirements / scope.
- Using shop drawings to determine an optimized packaging / skid plan for projects.
- Using shop drawings to determine the correct HTS Code for each product and updating the ERP system.
- Working with Purchasing to order skids and ensure they arrive to meet production demand.
- Determining the best mode of transport based on the above.
- Producing reports for all shipments and their packaging requirements to share with assembly and warehousing.
- Working with Production, Purchasing, and Project Management to confirm product will be ready to ship on schedule.
- Quoting and booking shipments both inbound and outbound.
- Working with the Warehouse Coordinator to determine if 3PL warehousing is required.
- Working with Warehouse Coordinator to ensure goods are consolidated on time for shipping.
- Ensure the accuracy of Finished Goods Transactions in the ERP system.
- Review and inspect shipments to ensure packaging is acceptable for product type and booked mode of transport.
- Creating packing slips, BOL’s, address labels, and customs documentation for shipments as required.
- Working with estimating/project managers and freight partners to quote project freight and maintain competitive pricing.
- Tracking shipments from pick up to delivery.
- Logging carrier performance accurately in the ERP system to maintain KPI integrity.
- Maintaining HTS codes in ERP.
- Maintaining NAFTA certificates.
- Performing NAFTA qualifying calculations
**THE SKILLSET**:
- A College Diploma in International Business/Logistics or equivalent.
- A minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse/logistics environment.
- A general understanding of customs and trade.
- Experience within manufacturing required and within the retail fixtures industry is an asset.
- Experience with reading shop drawings.
- Strong computer skills - Excel, Word, Outlook, PDF Editor.
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A positive attitude toward teamwork and strong relational skills.
- Sound decision making abilities.
- Resourceful and a problem solver.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to establish & manage priorities with a drive to complete assigned tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
