Project Support Coordinator Position Purpose Project Support Coordinator will be responsible for the issue resolution of ePOP projects, and act as the key point of contact for all ePOP specific reporting needs. This position will be instrumental in creating processes to ensure follow up of all ePOP orders, minimizing deficiencies while collaborating with various cross functional and Merchandising teams. This individual has experience with providing analysis/insight and will be responsible for the management of the Deficiency Resolution Processes. Position Responsibilities - Ensure daily workflow is followed - Ensure process are followed to maintain accurate data - Ability to work with cross functional teams to ensure issue resolution is completed quickly - Coordinates and supports the resolution of daily/weekly issues logged by the MET teams by working closely with the various cross functional teams - Ownership of the Deficiency Resolution Process throughout its full life cycle - Resolves problems by analyzing data and action to be taken and communicates them quickly and clearly - Provides insights into systems and procedures by analyzing data and results - Reports on and monitors key performance indicators to provide key stakeholders with insight into trends and opportunities - Develops and maintains an effective working relationship with cross functional teams and third party service groups. - Maintains quality service and communication with Regional Managers and field teams - Customer focused for both internal and external customers Knowledge/Experience Required - Must meet minimum time in position requirements and Performance Management code of "V2" (Valued Associate - Well Positioned) - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Attention to details, critical thinking and problem solving skills - Provides outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers - Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously - PC skills in Word, Excel & PowerPoint required - Ability to work independently - Detail oriented & Highly Organized - Experience working with tight deadlines in a fast paced environment - Computer savvy (Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office - Experience in a liaison role with Customer service experience - Experience working with multiple projects - Strong reporting & presentation skills - Ability to use date to Identify trends and make recommendations - Bilingual (French, English) an asset
