Also, there is plenty of room for advancement.** **Branding**: Chatime is a Taiwanese bubble tea brand that was founded in 2005 with over 1000 retail outlets in Taiwan, Canada, USA and 13 other countries. Our motto is "Good Tea, Good Time". Good tea refers to our high standards of brewing tea, preparing toppings, and maintaining a high attention to detail with all other ingredients that go into shaking up a good cup of tea. Good time describes how we want to create a space where customers can be comfortable both physically and spiritually. We focus on both providing excellent customer service and a clean environment to relax, study or meet up with friends. By striving to maintain our status as the industry leader and we always want to be the first choice in our tea drinking customers' minds. **Responsibilities and Duties**: - Craft Tea beverages and prepare toppings - Operate the Point of Sales (POS) computer and safely handle cash - Maintain bar inventory by replenishing stock when needed from storage - Maintain safe and healthy work environments by following company standard operating procedures (SOPs) - Inspire others by become a dynamic brand ambassador both inside and outside the store - Maintain a consistently clean and well-maintained sales floor and stock room - Adhere to the cleaning schedule to prolong the life of all equipment **Requirements**: - Excellent communication skills, especially in English - Positive team member - Ability to work variable hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and/or Statutory holidays - Ability to work standing, occasionally lift up to 25 kg (50 Lbs) and carry items as required **Job Type**: Full time/Part time Full-time hours: 35-40 per week Schedule: - Evenings - Mornings - Monday to Friday - Weekend availability - Holidays Application question(s): - Please provide your availability **Benefits**: - Discounted or free food - Store discount Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Holidays - Monday to Friday - Night shift - Weekend availability - Weekends only **View public job page** **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Discounted or free food - Store discount Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Holidays - Morning shift - Night shift Supplemental pay types: - Tips Ability to commute/relocate: - Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person
