We are looking for a **Customer service - order processor ** to support our sales team. As part of a fab team of folk already in customer service, this role will process retailer orders day-to-day as well as taking care of the general office needs to make sure it’s all running ever so smoothly.

We’re after a self-motivated personality with a nice vibe, and a great energy who loves coming to work, dealing with people and having fun along the way.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Keying in retail orders and ensuring their smooth transaction
- Supporting the external sales team with administrative tasks.
- Key point of contact for general retailer queries and attending to incoming calls from retailers and the sales team.
- Support the Leadership team with administration tasks
- Working closely with the sales team to solve retailer issues & queries on a day-to-day basis
- Coordinate retailer meetings and assist in minute taking and action follow up.
- As required, assist the in organising sales team meetings.
- Take care of general office administration tasks (booking flights, catering requirements, stationary orders etc)
- Create retailer submissions as requested by the sales team.
- Process retailer orders and ensure any issues around delivery of goods are investigated and troubleshooted.
- One of the key contacts on behalf of the sales team for all general sales queries across all business functions.
- Attend training / conference meetings as required Be a friendly contact for all when it comes to general sales queries and general office administration questions.

**REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS**:

- Experience in a administration / office support role is preferred
- Great phone manner
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong excel and IT skills
- A team player with the ability to self-manage outcomes
- Willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done with an enthusiasm that is contagious
- Strong work ethic
