To pursue its ambitious industry goals, Bally's has created two distinct operating divisions: "Bally's Casinos," which includes physical gaming and entertainment properties, and "Bally Interactive," comprised of leading companies in sports betting, casino gaming, fantasy sports, audience engagement, and much more. **The Role and Team** The Project Manager is responsible for managing and supporting on allocated projects within the Finance Transformation & Project Management portfolio, including but not limited to system changes, process enhancements and transformations across the group. An important element of the role is coordinating different stakeholders within Business units in-country and across multiple regions and being able to liaise with key stakeholders and senior management in a way that promotes the Finance PMO team and promotes trust and understanding that deliverables can be successfully achieved. Our team operates primarily on GMT Time zone but does work across other time zones as and when our roles require it. **What You Will Do** - Responsible for ensuring that a given project meets the deliverables to stakeholders' requirements - Timely and accurate reporting and documentation to be provide on projects of ownership - Work with SME's and Stakeholders to engage them and support on roadmap to delivery status of the project, including risks, highlights, concerns and plans for coming duration etc. - Escalate ay potential blockers to Head of Finance Transformation & Program Management - Support the Head of Finance Transformation & Program Management on any overarching program deliverables as required - Support on managing multiple project plans where required - Preparing and leading meetings within a project **What You Will Bring** - Professionally qualified finance executive that has a minimum of five years post qualified experience within a Finance Shared Service environment - Project Management qualification or 5+ years in a PM role with demonstrable successful management of projects - Understanding of risks and controls within a project to minimize any potential impacts to the business - especially in a SoX environment - Ability to draw together concepts from business requirements - Proven results in supporting on successful projects - A collaborative attitude and strong work ethic - Ability to flex working patterns on certain projects to provide support to stakeholders and their teams when working across multiple regions/time zones - Experience of preparing complex "as is" and "to be" workflows - Excellent verbal and written communication skills **Advanced knowledge of**: - Navision/Microsoft Dynamics preferred - And or other large notable accounting packages - Microsoft Excel and Visio Ability to: - Work flexibly in a fast-paced environment - Thrive in a collaborative environment - Engage stakeholders and build positive relationships **Bonus Points** - Certification in Program Management (or working towards obtaining) - Worked as a Project Manager on transformation projects - Experience of creating "cost vs benefit" analysis documents and associated documentation **Why Choose Us?** - Competitive Salaries and Benefits - Annual Bonus and Perks - Flexible Hours - Collaborative Work Environment - Professional Growth Opportunities **Join Us
