**Overview**

**Duties**
- Implement organizational systems to improve workflow efficiency within the office.
- Actively participate in and oversee daily front desk operations
- Manage and train a team of front desk staff
- Create and maintain staff schedules, monitor attendance and performance
- Handle POS and membership systems, including check-ins and waiver processing
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a professional, friendly environment
- Handle phone systems effectively, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
- Ensure front desk procedures align with climbing safety standards
- Support gym events, promotions, and community engagement
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and clarity in all communications.

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of front desk management experience, specifically in a climbing gym is bonus
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Comfortable with POS and membership systems
- Familiarity with climbing safety protocols
- Able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as part of a rotating schedule
- Positive, reliable, and detail-oriented with a passion for people and climbing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
