We are looking for a motivated front desk receptionist who is eager to learn and grow in the business.

Experience in any of the following fields would be useful for this role: management or reception in a Hotel, Tattoo studio, Barber shop, Hair salon, Spa, or similar. Basic math and computer skills are a must to excel in this role, in addition to people skills. Tattoo experience is not a requirement as we will provide all the necessary training in all categories, however, general knowledge would be a benefit.

Responsibilities include:

- Welcoming clients upon arrival
- Controlling studio traffic, seating clients, keeping front area clear for incoming
clients.
- Sales promoting

media accounts (ie: Instagram and Facebook)
- Scheduling clients as well as confirming appointments
- Checking out clients
- submitting weekly business reports (ie: KPI, Financial reports)
- Daily cleaning
- Weekly Inventory
- Supply runs (if needed)
- informing clients about artist and styles, after care, as well as shop policies

The probational period will be 3 months with a $17/hr pay rate. During this period you will be in training. Afterwards, your pay rate will be raised to $19. You may be eligible for a raise within the probational period, depending on your progression. While on probation you will be working as a contractor. You will require a lap top during this period. You may borrow from us or bring your own. After probation, you will be working as an employee on payroll.

This is a full -time position which alternates between 4 day/week and 3 day/week every week, this will include weekends as well.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
