**Position: Line Cook (Full-Time)**
We are looking for an experienced Line/Prep Cook to join our kitchen team at Savio Volpe. If you’re passionate about Italian cuisine, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you
**What You’ll Do**:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to Savio Volpe’s high standards, ensuring consistency and quality
- Assist with prepping ingredients for daily service
- Work on the line during service, executing dishes efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized workstation
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Help maintain inventory and stock levels for the kitchen
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen environment
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a kitchen, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
- Ability to work under pressure and keep a calm and positive attitude during service
- Strong understanding of kitchen techniques and food safety practices
- A genuine passion for food and Italian cuisine
- Ability to collaborate with the team and take direction from senior kitchen staff
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
**Compensation & Benefits**:
- $210/day + gratuities
- 10 hour shifts
