**Reports To**: Owner

The **PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR** will report to **OWNER**.

**Job Overview**:
The Project Administrator is responsible for the tracking and completion of all requests, jobs, and projects. They handle all incoming calls, track reported issues, and collect quotes to complete the work. They organize all annual inspections and ensure proper reporting is completed. They handle all communication between vendors, customers, and sites.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Handle all incoming requests from initial request through job completion
- Create, send out, award and track all RFQs, ensuring that the scope of work is clearly defined
- Coordinate all administrative needs for projects and ensure completion of work
- Maintain site information
- Perform all necessary administrative tasks to ensure annual required inspections are completed
- Assist to create and track budgets
- Manage relationships with all stakeholders through regular communication
- Coordinate all maintenance training and all maintenance tasking documentation
- Maintain compliance to regulations
- Report potential opportunities for growth to Owner
- Perform all accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks
- Perform all other administrative duties as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Project Administrator or Coordinator, or similar role
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Enjoy working independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: Up to $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
