Your new role will be_**

As our newest **Inventory Control**,** your passion for communicating with people and delivering great customer service will be your strongest asset as you build relations with our clients and promote a positive company image. In your day-to-day you will take responsibility for the Inventory management of our warehouse, monitoring the inventory level and maintaining proper inventory levels. Ensuring purchase orders are followed up with our Vendors and communicating with our order processors. Creating various reports relating to inventory, order handling, purchase order analysis. Communicating with all department regarding orders and setting up meeting with BLM to monitor inventory levels.

**_The main activities you’ll take care of _**
- Monitor and Maintain Current inventory level with company policy (GIM)
- Create monthly reports for inventory returns and scrap
- Monthly inventory meeting with the BLM’s
- Ensure PO to vendors are followed up
- Main point of contact between factory and ACA regrading deliveries and order issues
- SAP BKU for Logistics
- Support Logistics order handles and planners with their orders to ensure proper flow
- Make location changes based on moving levels in accordance with the Warehouse Supervisor
- Reverse and cancel order errors to adjust inventory accordingly
- Weekly monitoring of the SDTC inventory
- Support Branches and other warehouse with their inventory requirements
- Reconciles discrepancies in inventories (stock adjustment)
- Processes and/or approves invoices for payment
- Maintains records of materials in inventory and on order
- Create and establish new ideas to help the organization meet and exceed its KPI.

- You’re fluently bilingual in French and English
- Excel knowledge intermediate or advanced
- You have 3-5 years of experience in the field of customer service and/or Warehouse knowledge

- Any experience using SAP or experience working in a similar industry would be an asset
