**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES**:

- Sign in/out of ipad before and after shift.
- Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, tea pots and utensils.
- Cleaning machines and appliances used in the dish rooms and kitchen.
- Unloading and storing deliveries.
- Take inventory of supplies and produces.
- Sweeping and mopping floors, especially in the event that items are broken and spilled.
- Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage and recyclable containers.
- Answers the phone in a polite and courteous manner.
- Takes reservations as needed.
- Work with other staff as a team.
- Work in a small dish room setting.
- Maintains a clean and orderly dish room by sanitizing surfaces, cleaning dish room walls, sweep/mop floor, clean sinks and wiping down dishwasher at end of day.
- Supporting other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Manager.

**QUALIFICATION/SKILLS**:

- Proven work experience as a dish washer.
- Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers and ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Customer-oriented and superior organizational skills.
- Creative, flexible and innovative team player.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Exceptional time management skills.

**EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE**:

- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work extended periods of time standing.
- 2 years in a position as a dishwasher.
- Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Weekends only
