**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Preparation Worker to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the kitchen by assisting with food preparation and ensuring that all ingredients are ready for cooking. You will work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, contributing to a high-quality dining experience for our guests.

**Duties**
- Prepare and chop ingredients as directed by chefs or kitchen supervisors.
- Assist in cooking and assembling dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Support the team during busy service periods by ensuring timely food preparation.
- Clean workstations and ensure that all kitchen tools are sanitized after use.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with chefs and other staff members.
- A positive attitude towards learning new cooking techniques and improving culinary skills.
