**District Service Manager**

**Rite-Hite** is the global leader in the manufacture and distribution of industrial loading dock and door equipment. Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite company, is North America's premiere distributor of dock and door equipment as well as ISO9001 certified service. To continue our growth, we have an opening for a District Service Manager in the **London, Ontario area**. This position will cover the province of Ontario and the technician fleets.

**Rite-Hite** Service Managers are responsible for managing the service department to exceed customer expectations for installations, repairs, and maintenance, while maximizing profitability. The service manager hires new Service Technicians, oversees their training and development, manages the department's quality and safety, optimizes inventory levels, and motivates and manages the team. In addition, the Service Manager manages subcontractors, works with sales to provide technical expertise, and interfaces with the administrative support team to maximize efficiency and productivity. This position will manage our service operations in Ontario.
