- 7+ years of **Multi-Unit Management** experience in retail, **financial services**, or specialty business.
- 7+ years of Experience managing other ‘managers’ (you have managed other managers, not just managing entry level employees)
- 7+ years of Hiring Experience (direct hiring experience, including screening, interviewing, and technical assessments, through to offer stage and onboarding)
- 7+ years of Training Experience (directly training managers on managerial, leadership skills)
- 7+ years of Performance Management Experience (you have coached team members on strengths and weaknesses, built, and followed through on individual development plans)
- EXCEPTIONAL written and verbal communications without the use of technology/aids (eg. Chatgpt).

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven District Manager to join our team. As a District Manager, you will lead a network of branches comprising Branch Managers and Lending Specialists (CSRs), driving the growth goals of your business unit and contributing to our strategy of doubling our business over five years. You'll focus on exceptional customer service, coaching and developing your team, and partnering with cross-sell business partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Exceed targets month on month.
- Work with branch managers to create a vision and plan focusing on outstanding customer service, aligning the team with Cash 4 You’s vision, values, and strategies.
- Lead the sales efforts and growth goals of your business unit.
- Coach, train, and develop managers, focusing on operational efficiency, implementing performance objectives, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Execute all applicable risk programs (Credit, Operational, Regulatory Compliance, and loss prevention) to ensure strong risk management and compliance with Cash 4 You policies and procedures.
- Develop strategic partnerships and cultivate new sales channels to drive top-line growth.
- Analyze metrics, manage the loan portfolio, and ensure rigorous expense management to increase shareholder value.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
