Drywall Company working in the Roger's Center building construction site requires administrative help working as an assistant to the Foreman providing administrative duties such as:

- Clocking employees in and out using time clock
- Gathering and checking information and paperwork on all new employees arriving at the jobsite ensuring they have proper information including SIN number, safety training cards, safety gear, etc.... before submitting them to head office
- Advising head office of all new employees
- Walking through the job site checking attendance of all employees during the day and making sure they are adhering to safety guidelines
- Addressing any pay cheque issues with the office
- Monitoring and reporting drywaller's productivity daily
- Other miscellaneous duties
- Must speak English clearly and fluently
- Drywall construction knowledge not required but an asset
- Hard hat, safety glasses ,and steel toe boots are required on the construction site
- Hours are typically Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 3:00pm, Fridays 6:00am to 12noon

Note this is a temporary position until job is complete, could be more opportunity at other job sites if there is a need.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Toronto, ON M5V 1J1 (required)
