Compensation: $1,500 base salary + commission + Bonuses
**Responsibilities**:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.
- Lead Generation: Utilize creative methods to generate leads, such as attending industry conferences, leveraging referrals, and exploring new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our services and demonstrate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Deal Closure: Drive the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless transition to the client onboarding phase.
- Pipeline Management: Effectively manage sales pipelines, tracking leads and opportunities through each stage of the sales cycle to meet or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Sales Enthusiasm: Passion for sales and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients and delivering persuasive sales pitches.
- Persistence: Resilience and persistence are key traits for overcoming objections and setbacks to achieve success in sales.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs, continuously learning and evolving to stay ahead in a competitive industry.
- Industry Experience: Experience in industrial or trades sectors would be considered an asset.
