**ABOUT US**:
We are a progressive company in the financial sector, with over 300 employees in 4 offices across Canada.

**OVERVIEW OF POSITION**:
We are looking for a Collection Supervisor to support the operations of the British Columbia. This position will oversee the various portfolio Canada wide, and will report into the Branch Manager.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Support and enhance production results in coordination with the Branch Manager
- Identify opportunities for training enhancement for agents (KPI’s, Compliance, Negotiation skills, etc.)
- Coaching agents to success KPI’s and manage deficiencies that have been identified
- Coordinate execution and adherence of onboarding
- Ensure client specific training is up to date both in delivery and content
- Provide training and coaching geared to improving performance and audit results
- Conduct performance reviews and performance counseling as required
- Complete various administrative functions including creating reporting and managing the team’s support desk
- Perform file audits
- Handle escalated customer calls, and collections calls as needed
- Resolve employee questions and concerns
- Assist with collections as required

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Preference is for a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant supervisory experience
- Well-versed with credit and collections policy, systems, and controls
- Adherence to strict security policies/procedures and regulatory requirements both federal and provincial
- Excellent leader and mentor
- Must be detailed orientated and diligent
- Excellent technical skills required (MS Office products)
- Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated, self-starter, with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Results-focused, with a passion for business and delivering high quality work on time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $33,000.00-$35,000.00 per year
