We are currently looking for a Functional Analyst, HRIS and Payroll, to join our Information Technology team. The analyst will play a key role in the implementation and optimization of HR information systems (HRIS) within the organization. This person will work closely with the HR and IT teams to understand business needs, design appropriate software solutions and manage their deployment.

- Meet with users to understand their functional requirements and existing HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Document identified business needs, describing expected HRIS functionalities, user interfaces and data flows.
- Install and configure software, participate actively in the testing and validation phases, identifying anomalies and making the necessary corrections, and contribute to the drafting of test plans and the definition of test scenarios.
- Work closely with the development teams to ensure that the HRIS design corresponds to the needs expressed and that the technical specifications are respected.
- Participate in the development and training of users in the use of the new HRIS, ensure that users get to grips with the software and answer any questions they may have.
- Write HRIS user documentation, clearly explaining the software's functionalities and the procedures to be followed and ensure that it is updated as the system evolves.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in HRIS to propose innovative, high-performance solutions to the organization or upgrade as required.

- University degree in computer science, information management or related field
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a similar position, in functional analysis of information systems, ideally in the field of human resources
- Good understanding of human resources processes and human resources management issues
- Ability to use modeling tools to represent business processes and data flows
- Ability to write clear, concise and precise documents, and to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, in French and English (regular collaboration with our colleagues and partners based in and outside Quebec)
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and learn new technologies.
