- Proven experience as a Contractor or Subcontractor in the renovation industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise and successful project outcomes.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Effective leadership skills to manage a team of subcontractors and work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and suppliers.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure high-quality work.
- Focus on safety practices and commitment to industry standards.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
