Customer Service Representative

**Responsibilities**:
- Handling incoming calls from customers in a timely, efficient and professional manner
- Processing orders and inquiries with careful attention, accuracy and timeliness
- Sending out cancellations of fabrics
- Following up with customers about their orders - tracking the physical status of an order in the factory to determine the delivery ETA for customer and making sure specifications of the order are completed accurately by the factory
- Identifying, understanding and assessing customers’ needs and requirements
- Building loyalty by maintaining close relationships with clients
- Offering quality service by answering any questions about the specifications of our product, our capabilities as a factory, etc. Providing accurate and complete information to our customers.
- Identifying selling opportunities with customers - to handle or either pass over to sales representatives
Required Qualifications:
- A friendly attitude to communicate with customers
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, a bonus if you have written and verbal communication in French as well
- Ability to resolve issues and address complaints with professionalism
- Available full time Monday to Friday
Salary will be determined based on level of experience.
The office is located right across the street from Rosemont metro station.
