The Product Manager is responsible for comprehensive product-related matters, sales targets, as well as P&L ownership.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Product Management: Oversee all product-related activities across Canadian channels
- Communication: Coordinate with sales teams and internal counterparts to implement product strategies
- Sales Support: Develop pricing models and promotional plans to increase market share and floor spots
- Market Analysis: Analyze sales and market trends to identify gaps and opportunities
- Logistics Oversight: Monitor production, shipping schedules, and logistics
- Product Launch: Plan and execute new product launches
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze competition and support merchandising planning
- Market Share Monitoring: Conduct store visits and gather market intelligence to identify competitive issues
- Communication with Factory/HQ: Regular correspondence with the factory and HQ division for product and marketing support
- Data Management: Maintain accurate product information in the system
- Event Support: Support new product introduction events and training events
- Marketing Collaboration: Assist the marketing team in producing marketing materials and training modules
- Supply Chain Support: Analyze PSI by model and address issues
- Marketing Execution: Collaborate with marketing and online brand shop teams to execute promotional activities
- Cross-Organizational Communication: Liaise with the Customer Value Innovation team on product-related matters
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Bilingual communication skills in English and Korean is required
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Experience: 1-3 years in sales, marketing, or product management in the Home Electronics or Home Appliance industries
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and lead cross-functional teams
- Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a sense of urgency
