**What you will be doing**:

- Work with the Buyers and Ecommerce Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability within the assigned category.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and work with procurement teams to ensure timely order placement to maintain in-stock rates.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and promotions to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Assist in working with suppliers to secure promotional funding and maintain brand relationships.
- Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to monitor key performance metrics such as in-stock rate, sell-through rate, margins, and sales volume.
- Conduct regular product analysis to determine product performance, identify trends, and make recommendations to optimize the product assortment.

**What we think you’ll need to be successful in this role**:

- Education in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply chain or related field.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Passionate about the health supplements industry and an understanding of customer needs in the assigned category is preferred.
- 0-3 years of experience in retail merchandising, store management, or ecommerce.
