The Category Analyst assists the Category Managers in the day-to-day operations of the Retail Sourcing division, with a focus on inventory management and data maintenance. You will be part of the team responsible for maximizing sales and managing inventory efficiencies in Dymon’s Retail division, working collaboratively with the Distribution Center teams, and the Retail Merchandising & Operations teams to maintain inventory levels and item data across the organization, and with the Retail Marketing team to execute promotional events.

**What you will do**:
Replenishment
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain the flow of inventory into DC’s and out to stores.
- Weekly allocation of merchandise from DC’s to replenish stores inventory, maintaining in-stock levels and managing inventory investment within target weeks-of-stock
- Placing orders with vendors to maintain DC inventory levels.
- Collaborate with vendors to plan orders & deliveries
- Keying orders, arranging and coordinating freight and delivery
- Processing of transfers between stores and DC’s
- Cycle Counts.
- Coordinates regular counts of select items to monitor and maintain on-hand accuracy.
- Maintain sku replenishment parameters

Item Data Maintenance
- Work with vendors to collect new listing information
- Set-up and maintenance of item data in retail systems
- Execute pricing and promotions within our retail systems, collaborating with Marketing and Merchandising to communicate promotional event information.

- Strong excel and analytic skills
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
